This class blends The Roll Model Method with yoga to enhance mobility, release tension, and prepare the body for movement. We’ll focus on specific body parts and muscle groups, using targeted rolling techniques to create more freedom and ease. Whether added to a Slow Flow, Vinyasa, or Yin practice, these rolling techniques improve body awareness and support a deeper, more connected flow experience.
Roll Model Class:

A full class dedicated to The Roll Model Method, designed to target specific areas of the body for improved mobility, recovery, and overall function. Each session includes body check-ins and re-checks so students can feel and measure the immediate benefits of the techniques. These classes help release tension, improve performance, and enhance overall well-being.

75-90 minutes
Dive deeper into The Roll Model Method with extended workshops that explore techniques for the entire body. We’ll integrate focused rolling, guided exploration, and body check-ins to create lasting change. Workshops can be custom-designed to meet the unique needs of your studio and students, whether the goal is stress relief, injury prevention, improved mobility, or better body awareness.
The Roll Model Method
The Role Model Method, is a self-massage and movement therapy technique that uses therapy balls to address pain, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness. It's a system of self-myofascial release that focuses on using different sized balls to target specific areas of the body, releasing tension and restoring normal movement patterns.
